[ For all the boldness his mind is berating him. Not only because his background tells him that this is wrong, but because hearing himself say the words feels entirely embarrassing- foreign on his lips in a way that makes him feel as though he has stumbled or said something silly.

But Rye doesn't react as though they are. His attention intensifies, eliciting a soft moan. That too colors his cheeks, surprised to hear it slip past his own lips. He wars with two different sides of himself. Perhaps three in the end. The part of him that is competitive is challenging- determined to take some sort of control of the situation. To conquer as kings are prone to do and turn the tables in some bizarre show of confidence. His other side leaves him thirsty to taste and feel more, hormones strong as Rye's hands explore his body, at the same time inexperienced and flustered.

Lastly was the realization that if he couldn't please the fans then it meant he very well could disappear. That realization dangled over his head like a weight. But it didn't stop the way his body reacted to every light touch and squeeze.

The idea of drawing away from the warmth already started feels unpleasant, but in the back of his mind is the realization that they're only upon a roof right out in the open. The fact that he had nearly forgotten is bad enough. His voice remains more breathless than he would like when he finally manages a response. ]

Somewhere... more comfortable I think. Less open.
